MINUTES FROM LAKE MARTHA ASSOCIATION MEETING THURS. JULY 24,2001 Meeting was called to order at
7:10 PM at the home of Mary and Bruce. Original date for meeting was changed due
to many members are participants in Monday Softball League. There were 12 in
attendance. Prior month’s minutes were
reviewed. Motion to
accept minutes was made by Bruce, Seconded by Dorothy and
carried. TREASURER’S
report – Payments for flowers, $68.39. Savings Balance
$10.69…Checking $541.31….Total $552.00 Discussed payment of dues.
Asked Gary for payments made so far this year. Motion to accept Treasurer’s
report made by Mary; seconded by Paul and carried. Discussed re-filing
Not-For-Profit status with state and Kevin will follow up on renewal. STURGIS PARK BAND SHELL-
Proposals: Randy’s-Not competitive Superior-35 Gal.

these costs for one year with a commitment not to raise fees more than 2%, to
cover for fuel costs. Superior is
very competitive in these costs and as a group can qualify for this rate. PLEASE

NO LATER THAN MONDAY AUGUST 27TH TO SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. In agreeing to this savings, each family will commit to
donate the first year’s $100 savings to the band shell project. DREDGING- Discussion tabled for
next meeting. T-SHIRTS-We will go forward
with final pricing and availability. Agreed to add $1.00 per item to cover
freight. Additional information
