Lake Martha Lake Association Meeting Minutes Friday, March 6, 2009 The meeting took place at Paul & Polly Johnson’s house. It was called to order at 7:30pm. The there were 4 Households present. (Johnson’s, J. & A. Miller, Mike Rydberg, and Brad Miller) Brad Miller had taken the aluminum cans in to the recycler and presented the check to the treasurer. The treasurer’s report is as follows: Previous Savings balance on 9/12/08: $476.51 Interest accrued thru 3/6/09: $0.73
Previous Checking balance 9/12/08: $478.18 Deposit (Lon Voigt buying copper): $100 CD maturity plus interest earned: $1011.43 ($1000 principal) New balance on 3/6/09: $1589.61 Combined Previous balances: $954.69 Combined New balances 3/6/09: $2066.85 Paul presented the new weed treatment forms and rates. Jim Miller will collect the treatment forms and dues. There was a roundtable discussion regarding options on how to handle the new immergence of Coontail that happened last summer. Polly suggested having people RSVP to the meetings in the future so that in the event we have issues that need to be voted on there would be the required quorum. Meeting adjourned @ 8:30p by Jim, second by Brad.
