Lake Martha Lake Association Meeting Minutes Sunday June 20, 2010 The meeting was called to order at 3:45 pm by President Angela Miller. Minutes from the May meeting were read and approve. Jim Miller gave the treasurer’s report. The checking & savings balance totaled $3645.55 Jim also reported on the succhi disc reading at 10 feet on 6/20/2010. Angela reported the curly leaf treatment looked good, with the excepting of two residents reporting less than satisfying results. Paul Johnson treated for algae on Friday 6/18/2010. Sharyl Miller volunteered to have the picnic by her home. The committee volunteers are Sharyl Miller, Angela Miller, and Theresa Witstine. More volunteers are welcome. We are meeting next Sunday the 27th as the picnic is fast approaching. Angela is working on a survey to send all Association members requesting input on the picnic. The public access was discussed again, Angela has talked to DNR. They state an additional parking lot is not planned in near future. They state they are there to promote use of Minnesota Lakes. Theresa received an E-mail from Joyce Geris about the water testing program Paul Johnson was working on with Wright County Soil and Water. The Association approved paying the $250 at the May meeting. Paul was not at the meeting today and Theresa volunteered to check into the program and assist Paul with the program. Meeting was adjourned at 4:13 pm |
