Lake Martha Lake Association Meeting Minutes August 10, 2013 The August meeting was called order at 2:12. Minutes from the June meeting were read and approved. Treasurer’s report was given and approved. Checking balance on 7/17/13 was $1,057.55. Savings balance was $3,665.55. $500 was transferred to the savings account to keep account in active status. Jim reported the secchi disc readings, they were 6 ft and a week later 3 ½ ft. The second weed treatment went well and the weeds were less this year. There will be officer elections at the September meeting. We will also try to change the number of meeting we have in a year. That will require the Bylaws to be changed. The Bylaws can only be changed at the September meeting. Julie Kasa suggested we send out the Bylaws in an email so members can read and prepare. There was no new business. Meeting adjourned at 2:25. |
