Lake Martha Lake Association Meeting Minutes August 23, 2014
Meeting called to order at 2:14PM Nate Johnson read the minutes from the previous meeting. Dave Tabbut moved to accept the minutes & Jim second the motion. Motion passed Jim Miller read the Treasury Report: Bank West Bank Balances as of 8/20/2014 Savings Checking Total $3,569.49 $1,885.65 $5,455.14 Interest Paid – 6/18/2014 $ 0.27 Interest Paid – 7/16/2014 $ 0.28 Interest Paid – 8/20/2014 $ 0.34
- Dave Tabbut noted he had a receipt to provide to Jim for the yearly website fees - Jim noted that he still needs to add approximate $25.00 from recycling cans Steve Willhite moved to accept the treasury report and Dave Tabbut second the motion. Motion Passed Jim noted there was a disc reading 2 weeks ago of 4 feet. - There was discussion about drain tile that goes to the channel bringing dirty water into the lake. Talked about a holding pond for the water, no decisions made Jim made a motion to cancel the September meeting as there was no new order of business and we could use the Mid March meeting to talk through the weed treatment. Motion was second and the meeting is cancelled. Nate Johnson made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Susie Brailer second the motion. Meeting adjourned at 2:57PM |
