 Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order at by Theresa called the meeting at 2:11PM.

June Meeting Minutes – Theresa Witstine

Treasurer Report – Jim Miller

• Nochange since last meeting

• Bank Balances as of 07/30/2016   $4,463.92

Weed Treatment –  Theresa

• Midwest Aqua Care will only give us permit for 50% lakeshore treatment.  We are looking into doing it ourselves to treat the lake.  Looking to apply for the funds for invasive aquatic plants control.

Schedule meetings – Theresa

• Motion: We are done with meetings for this year and will schedule meetings: Tuesday March 14th around 7:00PM (Michelle Smeby said she would host), also May, June and then with Lake Picnic.

Zebra Mussels - Theresa

• We returned sampling disks and got a report back from the Lab and no Zebra mussels visually or microscopically.  The next pull is around the 19th of September.

Secchi disk/ water monitoring – Theresa

• 3 Feet 9 Inches

New Business/Additional Comments

• Boat Launch and public access has a big dip from the road to the dirt launch
• Thought about putting a buoy to mark the rocks.  Steve will talk to Brendt to see the best option.

• Will review officers
