Last Meeting Notes reviewed and approved 2. Treasurer's Report reviewed and approved
a. Water Clarity i. Last Spring: 18', Last Fall: 6' ii. Association pays $250 lab fees. Lab keeps data on file. iii. Volunteers Needed b. Plant Survey due soon. Cost would be $1500. 4. Weed Treatment: a. We can get a permit from the DNR to treat beyond 100'. We would apply it ourselves. The DNR wants us to selectively treat where the Curly Leaf is growing. It was proposed to get the permit, to treat outside the 100' range. Theresa is working on getting the permit. We can hire someone to apply it, or do it ourselves. 5. Midwest Aqua Care forms were distributed and fees were collected. $50 Member Fee and $10 DNR Permit fee. 6. New Business: a. Lake Picnic will be July 21, 2018, on the lawns of Myers, Tregaskis and Reeds. i. Contact Theresa Witstine to volunteer. b. Bill Tregaskis offered to get group rates from tree companies. Contact him if interested. c. It was suggested to have a lake directory with contact information, including phone numbers. There is a list on the Lake Martha website, with addresses and email addresses. d. If there's anyone with experience in web development, please let the association know. We are looking for someone new to help with the current website.
